Manager: IT Strategic Services – 7069

Job Purpose:

To manage the following IT Strategic functions in CTS: Governance, Audit, Risk, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, IT Service Desk, Cybersecurity, IT Change and Release Management, IT Vendor Management, and Enterprise Architecture.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant Information Technology field or equivalent plus ITIL certification.
  • Relevant Post-Graduate Degree in IT/IS plus COBIT certification recommended.
  • At least 6 years of relevant ICT experience, 3 of which must be on an appropriate management level.
  • Experience working with TOGAF or any or EA framework would be advantageous.
  • Experience working with a Project Management methodology (Prince2/PMBOK) would be advantageous.

 

Key Performance Areas:

  • Develop, Implement and Maintain an IT Strategic planning capability within the CTS division.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain an IT Governance, Risk and Compliance capability.
  • Develop, Implement, and maintain Information Security Program.
  • Manage the CTS Project Office.
  • Manage IT Vendor and Contracts Managements capability.
  • Manage the IT Service Management capability.
  • Manage IT Change and Release Management capability.
  • Manage Enterprise Architecture capability.
  • Operational delivery for the division.
  • Divisional leadership, human and financial resource management.
