The creation of groups amongst institutions is to facilitate working together to combine collective experience and knowledge for the benefit of the entire community.  These groups focus on on the four strategic pillars of HEITSA, namely Collaboration, Capacity Development, Cost Effectiveness and Resource Sharing.
