Special Interest Groups – For Universities By Universities!
Special Interest Groups (SIGS) are key performance areas across two of the strategic pillars within HEITSA, focusing on Collaboration and Resource Sharing. With the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been a significant shift in terms of priorities within the sector and most of the SIGs lost momentum as a result. We are excited to announce that before the end of the year, we are reinstating 2 of our dormant SIGs and inaugurating at least 2 new SIGs. The main focus of these SIGs is to create communities of practice, knowledge sharing and developing best practice methodologies within the sector.
