Blended learning is an approach to education that combines online educational materials and opportunities for interaction online with traditional place-based classroom methods. It requires the physical presence of both teacher and student.
The purpose of this Special Interest Group is to:

• Facilitate an HEITSA community of practice that focuses on ICT technologies that enhances the delivery and support of teaching and Learning and Research
• To share models, services, experiences, and best practices regarding technology investigations and implementations.
